All online bookings are to be paid in full. 

Full refund is available for cancellations 48 hours before time of service.

Please ensure that you are cleaned and ready for your service upon arrival. We do have access to showers for those in need prior to your service. If we feel you are not suitable for the service you have booked, we reserve the right to add our shower fee to your service or deny any person of their service without refund.
